Rooms booked on our standard rate are non-refundable and charged in full at time of booking. The arrival date can be amended up to 3pm, two days before arrival date (subject to availability). Rooms booked on our flexi rate are fully refundable with free cancellation up to 3pm, two days before arrival date. The flexi rate is non refundable or amendable past 3pm, two days before arrival date. Any special offer rates are non-refundable and no date change is available.
Please be aware we are a NON-SMOKING establishment and a £100 penalty charge will be applied for guests who do not respect this policy and we will ask you to leave, this includes the use of e-cigarettes. Soiled or damaged mattresses will be charged at cost price. No food/takeaways are to be consumed in the rooms. Inappropriate behaviour i.e.; Excess noise, verbal/physical abuse of guests or members of staff, damage to property and or facilities will incur surcharges and removal from the property at the manager’s discretion. Please let us know if your room is not to standard as soon as possible so any problems can be rectified. Only residents of the hotel are permitted to be in the hotel area & rooms. Maximum number of people room booked for must not be exceeded.
Please note, due to our live entertainment schedule, noise can be heard in our rooms, especially on weekends & rooms may be located on the first, second, third or fourth floor with no lift so are not suited for those with walking dificulties. Please mention if you have a problem with steps as we have no lift.
